Cancellation Policy

For individual sessions, clients must provide at least a 12-hour notice to reschedule sessions. If this notice is not provided, the session will be offered virtually, or materials will be emailed to the client to complete the task(s) that were scheduled for that session. This action will count towards one of the client’s package sessions. For small group courses, sessions will be recorded and shared with the group until the last week of the course. This gives participants time to review any sessions that they may have missed.
